QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Meet qualifications as set forth by the State of Michigan for certification, preferred.
2. Experience in coaching and competing in respective sports, preferred.
3. Demonstrate interest in and aptitude for involving youth in athletic programs, and
performing the coaching job responsibilities listed.
4. Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find
appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO: Athletic Director

JOB GOAL: To help each participating student athletes to achieve a high level of skill and appreciation for
the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Compensation and duration of coaching season to be established by the Master Agreement
and the MHSAA, respectfully.

EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of
the Board of Education’s policy on Evaluation of Professional personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform all duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
2. Adhere to girls volleyball coaching job description and responsibilities.
