Menominee Area Public Schools Stakeholder Survey for ESSER III Funds
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an undeniably difficult situation for many in our MAPS community and in our nation. Thankfully, we are on the path to all of our students returning to in-person instruction. While their return is clear evidence of progress, we know that many of our students will require a significant amount of attention to address academic learning loss, social-emotional needs, and safety as they re-engage in the traditional school setting.
MAPS will be applying for a large amount of federal funding that is being made available through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) program. This funding will last for three years, and it is intended to help safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and to address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on students. ESSER funding must be used to meet needs that have resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic.
We value and appreciate your input, and ask that you complete an anonymous short survey as district stakeholders. Your responses will help us finalize the major areas of need for which we will utilize our “ESSER III” funding in MAPS.
